Love! this toy store. She has unusual toys you don't find every day and things that inspire creativity and learning. Many things seem like toys I enjoyed in childhood. What a fun place and the prices are great!

I am disappointed with my experience with Dollhouse Collectables. I want to warn others that this business may not be reputable. I am suspicious of this business and will be contacting my credit card company in hopes of settling this.

For anyone that wants to play Magic, DO NOT PLAY HERE. The owner plays in his own tournaments, with no judge present. Little to no prize support (2 boosters for first place and you have to beat the owner too or it's just 1). $25 for FNM, stock above MSRP.
*****  Endgame: great store, poor service

on Endgame
Endgame has a great location in downtown Oakland, and an excellent variety of games and toys in stock. My only complaint is that the staff is frequently surly and unhelpful.
*****  My awful personal experience

I found this company to be simply a “Drop- Ship” operation, with the worst possible customer service, once I placed my order for merchandize described as “in stock”, they charged my credit card within minutes and then sent me email explaining that we’ll have to wait 3-4 weeks for manufacturer to send me merchandize. Obviously I said NO. It took me 2 weeks to receive a refund afterword. Beware of this merchant tactics. Paul Mazin

*****  Stealing Money!

Do not accept those "toytown" bucks if they give them to you. Or if you choose to keep them, staple them to the original receipt. If you have to do a return that is a substantial amount of money, they will require that you physically give back the "bucks"... or they will keep every "actual monetary dollar" that you owe in the paper coupons. This happened to me. Ridiculous. I will not shop there again until they give me the money they stole from me.
